The Environmental Protection Agency's Portfolio Manager program is a requirement for LEED certification, Energy Star certification, and many federal and/or state incentives.

It is a free program that requires at least 1 year of utility data and provides a valuable benchmark for grants, incentives, and many other programs.
Tracking your organization's waste and recycling data can be a valuable marketing and operational tool.

Using New Jersey Wastewise's reTRAC program, I am able to log recycling, trash, sustainable purchasing, and conservation measures to create an easy-to-read environmental impact report that will tell you how valuable your actions have been, and direct you on where to move next.

I have given speeches to public audiences on a variety of topics including, but not limited to: Carbon Footprinting, individual projects and their progress, The Living Building Challenge, Modern Environmental topics and opportunities, and more.

This is a delicate process that includes scientific research, understanding and adapting any existing policies, and meetings with all stakeholders in the organization to create policies and/or documents that we all understand and want to work.
